How to Get Started with Your Spendthrift Trust.

Simply click the link “Orders/Payment” in the website menu to get started with your Spendthrift Trust. You will be asked some questions that will help us determine whether you need a Beneficial Trust, Business Trust, or both.

Once that is determined, you can complete an online order form and make payment for your Trust.

Once the order form has been completed and received and payment for the Trust has been validated or a direct deposit received, your Trust will be registered and printed by the IFS law firm and mailed to the location of your choice.

Subsequently, you will be given a password or code that will allow you access to the client portal on the IFS website. The client portal will give you step by step instructions on activating and setting up your Trust. You can then begin your new journey under the protection and security of your new Trust.

The cost of the initial Trust includes your first calendar year of Trust financials and tax preparation.

Thereafter those services may be maintained through an annual professional assistance fee to Independent Financial Services or you can use a tax preparer of your choice. Your first calendar year will also include reasonable Trust consulting and management advisory service.
