Under some circumstances, Independent Financial Services will allow the cost to be made in payments, but the Trust document will not be ordered and released until paid in full.

To start the process of ordering your own Trust, click the appropriate order link. Once IFS receives the completed electronic order form and payment is validated, your Trust will be ordered, registered and printed by the law firm and mailed to the location of your choice.

You will be given a password to access the client portal on the IFS website. The client portal will give you step-by-step instructions on activating and setting up your Trust.
